eastlake urban renewal precinct canberra
a very large precinct connecting Wentworth Avenue in the south to lake burley griffin and the Causeway in the north, Eastlake had been earmarked by the ACT Government for urban renewal.

initially engaged for a first stage submission by several of the land owners in Eastlake, and then subsequently for a second stage submission by a sole landowner, these drawings illustrate some of the examinations of the potential of the precinct.
